Total Quality Services offers a comprehensive preventative maintenance service.  It places your heating and cooling equipment in the hands of our highly skilled maintenance and repair technicians. We'll visit your home two (2) times each year and perform a precision tune-up, a professional cleaning and a thorough safety inspection. Truly a superior service.

  2. Check  voltage and amperage to all motors
  3. Check air temperature drop across evaporator
  4. Check all adequate refrigerant change, leaks
  5. Lubricate all moving parts
  6. Clean and check for A/C condenser coil
  7. Change filters
  8. Check condenser fan
  9. Check safety controls
  10. Check starting contractor contracts
  11. Check all wiring and connections
  12. Check and adjust thermostat
  13. Check air temperature across condenser
  14. Check air circulation
  15. Check that condensate drain is open

We offer you 3 no-risk choices regarding the investment you made. 
    
    1- A full refund for the remaining portion of the maintenance program. 
    2- Transfer the remaining portion of the maintenance program to the new owner. 
    3- Transfer the maintenance program to your new home (if within our service area).
